The Short Version

Financial independence gave me something money can't buy: time. Time to be present for my two kids. Time to choose what I work on. Time to build things I actually care about.

That's how Lyrin AI started. I was trying to teach my kids Mandarin and every app was the same—flashcards and memorization. None of them helped you actually speak. So I built something different. Speech-first language learning that feels like conversation, not a test.

I also started sharing what I've learned online. Career moves, money strategies, startup lessons. Over a million people follow along now, which still surprises me.

Outside of work, I'm usually gaming with my kids, reading fantasy novels, or watching anime. Some things don't change.
